The Duncan Print Group produces the highest quality offset litho print products, on 60gsm paper through to 800 micron and F-flute corrugated. We have five Komori and Heidelberg sheet-fed offset presses, from 2 to 6 colours (plus coating) printing sheets between B3 - B1 format. Our large presses have set-up automation as standard, automatic plate loading and computerised ink key settings to minimise make-ready waste and set up. We monitor the press chemistry carefully to reduce any variation, on-press densitometers and spectrophotometers (for spot colours) are used as part of our process control.
We operate a computerised ink laboratory, allowing instant production of corporate colours from our in-house base scheme. We can provide proofs and colour standards and then use our spectrophotometers to monitor and control special mixes on press. And with the implementation of ISO colour management we can guarantee quality across all of our 4-colour process offset printing.
